KANSAS CITY, Mo - Kansas City will make its pitch for the Republican National Convention next week.
The site selection committee, Republican National Committee members and advisors will make their official site visits over the next two weeks, including Kansas City from June 4-6, according to a release.
The RNC will look at venues, hospitality, security and transportation options and conduct meetings with the city's bid groups. The four cities in contention -- Kansas City, Cleveland, Dallas and Denver -- were selected last week.
Prior to visiting Kansas City, the group will visit Cleveland from June 2-4. It will visit Denver from June 9-11 and Dallas from June 11-13.
