A local center in Kansas City, Kansas, that provides hope for the homeless is back open thanks to some good neighbors.
The Frank Williams Housing Resource Center closed in mid-February because of a funding issue, but thanks to donors, it's back open.
The center is a day shelter that serves about 100 people and allows people to shower, do laundry and access resources that will help them transition back into the community.
The center is open 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
