UPDATE: Overland Park Police say kidnapping did not happen

Overland Park Police told 41 Action News that after investigation a kidnapping did not occur. Officials said two men who knew each other in 60s and 70s were arguing and one of the men told the other to get in his car. A passerby who saw this called police.

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Overland Park police are investigating a possible kidnapping Wednesday morning. 

Overland Park police said witnesses saw a man pushed into a vehicle in the 8900 block of 135th Street. 

Officers recovered the vehicle but are still looking for those involved.
