One person is in custody after a train struck a vehicle near 151st and Kenneth Road early Thursday morning.

Crews on the scene said the driver turned onto the tracks, probably by accident, and then abandoned the vehicle.

A train slowed down but hit the vehicle. There was no damage to the train.

The driver is in custody.
