Just how private is your Facebook account? That's one question raised after a woman's photo ended up in an advertisement.
Ashley Winkfield of Maryland said she uploads pictures of her baby all the time on Facebook but was surprised when her baby popped up in a crest ad for tooth whitening. Winkfield said no one asked to use the photo, but she's not mad.
"It is a picture I put out in the public. I guess maybe this is maybe the beginning of his modeling portfolio" she said.
Both Facebook and Crest denied taking the picture and using it in the ad. Facebook said a bug may be to blame.
