KANSAS CITY, Mo. - It's a technology we've all wanted to get our hands on, but a group of Kansas City students got a hold of it first.
One hundred KCPS students completed Community 360 camp this summer. The all-volunteer and non-profit camp teaches leadership and communication skills.
This year, KCPS school board chair Airick Leonard West added Google Glass to the mix. A 'Glass Explorer,' West brought the tool to camp because he believes technology and leadership can bridge the gap to peaceful classrooms.
