TOPEKA, Kan. - Kansas is working to cut down on texting and driving.
A new AT&T study found that 43 percent of teens admit to doing it -- even though most of them know it's dangerous. It's now illegal to text and drive in Kansas.
Gov. Sam Brownback has proclaimed Wednesday "No Text on Board Pledge Day."
He hopes all Kansans take the No Texting While Driving pledge at www.itcanwait.com.
