Daviess County officials have issued a boil water advisory for customers south of Grand River and Pattonsburg, Missouri.

According to the county, a low-pressure event caused the water issue on Friday afternoon. Customers have reported a lot of air coming out of their water lines. Water pressure is still not working properly.

Customers have been told to boil their water for at least five minutes before drinking or cooking with it.

FEMA is providing bottled water to those affected at the Weatherby Community Center, the Pit Stop or train deport in Winston.
