NORTH KANSAS CITY, Missouri - Chiefs fans are cheering on their team on this red Friday just two days before the Chiefs take on the Ravens in the playoffs.
Perhaps no fans are as excited as the Cull family from North Kansas City.
Dick and Sandy Cull are Chiefs season ticket holders of more than 40 years. They remember attending games at the old Memorial Stadium before Arrowhead was built.
As members of the Chiefs Club they got a chance to meet many players over the years. They have autographs from a host of players including Len Dawson, Steve DeBerg and Derrick Thomas.
Their favorite autograph is from the late Chiefs founder Lamar Hunt.
The couple traveled to see Hunt inducted in the Football Hall of Fame in Ohio.
If they decide not to go to the game they give their tickets to their children or grandchildren.
Dick says they love the Arrowhead experience even when the team isn't playing well.
"We've experienced times when nobody would get up. Everybody was down and you wonder why you are there. If it wasn't for the camaraderie and the fans around you, you probably wouldn't be there," he says.
Sandy adds that they never considered giving up their season tickets.
"It's just part of the fabric of our lives. We've been through the good, the bad the ugly," she says.
The Cull family will be rooting on the Chiefs from their 48 yard lines seats when they take on the Ravens Sunday.
