From a relative unknown to the first overall pick in the NFL Draft, calling Eric Fisher's rise to stardom meteoric would be an understatement.
Joining Joe Staley as Central Michigan offensive linemen to be selected in the first round of the NFL Draft, Fisher was only a third-team All-MAC selection in 2011. But his stock rose in 2012, as he started every game and anchored a much-improved offensive line.
Known as a better pass blocker, scouts will tell you his strengths are his height, length, speed and athleticism.
One of his major weaknesses is that he has a lot of room to grow -- but if he succeeds in doing so, that will quickly transition into a strength. His balance in the run game has been a concern for some.
