9 p.m.: Ramps at I-435 and I-35 in Lenexa and I-435 and I-70 in KCMO are still littered with stranded cars.

3:53 p.m.: Kansas National Guard soldiers have been called out to patrol closed highways and rescue stranded motorists.

3:06 p.m.: I-70 closed from Colby to Salina.

3:05 p.m.: Incident on I-29 NB at I-635 All lanes closed. Left shoulder closed. Right shoulder closed. No lanes open.

2:08 p.m.: Incident on I-70 EB at Broadway All lanes closed. Left shoulder closed. Right shoulder closed. No lanes open.

11:44 a.m.: Bond Bridge is closed. Use Front Street for alternate route.

11:33 a.m.: Authorities are closing I-70 from Salina to Hays

11:15 a.m.: KCATA urging businesses to close before 1 p.m.

11:14 a.m.: Drivers on SB I-35 reporting it's a parking lot. No cars are moving.

11:00 a.m.: Incident on I-635 NB at TO I-70 WB Off ramp: All lanes closed. No lanes open.

10:20 a.m.: Incident on I-49 NB BEFORE N CASS PKWY All lanes closed. Left shoulder closed. Right shoulder closed. No lanes open.

10:16 a.m.: Northbound 291 closed at 39th Street.

10:00 a.m.: Incident on I-35 NB at I-29 All lanes closed. Left shoulder closed. Right shoulder closed. No lanes open.

9:50 a.m.: KC Scout: Incident on I-35 NB at TO I-635 NB Off ramp: All lanes closed.

9:49 a.m.: Incident on I-470 WB (East/West) at 71 HWY Left 2 lanes closed. Left shoulder closed. 2 lanes open.

9:35 a.m.: KHP on scene at I-70 near Maple Hill, west of Topeka. EB I-70 is blocked by drifting snow & stalled semi-trucks.

9:30 a.m.: SB I-35 in Franklin & Lyon Counties closed in spots as crews work to remove stalled semis.

9:12 a.m.: Several cars involved in accident on I-35 at Shawnee Mission Parkway

9:10 a.m.: Authorities have closed I-35 from Olathe to Emporia

8:55 a.m.: Johnson County Sheriff's Office closed 56 Highway, west of Robinson in Olathe

8:52 a.m.: Stuck tractor trailers have closed highways 50 and 65 in Sedalia

8:50 a.m.: Stuck tractor trailers have closed I-70 WB at Oak Grove.
