KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Several roof collapses have been reported across Missouri and Kansas as the second round of heavy snow fell across the region.
In Shawnee, the roof of the Covered M Arena collapsed around 10 a.m. While the arena normally houses 60 to 70 horses, none were there Tuesday.
41 Action News reporter Garrett Haake was on the scene when the roof of the Eagles Club collapsed in Belton on Tuesday morning.

In Sedalia, authorities said a roof partially collapsed at a call center in the 2500 block of E. 9th Street just before 7 a.m. No one was inside at the time, and no injuries were reported.
In Warrensburg, two commercial buildings also sustained damage. The roof collapsed at Arwoods Furniture at 801 Pride Avenue around 9 a.m. The roof partially collapsed at a tow service company at 300 E. Gay Street around 6 a.m., as well. No one was injured in either incident.
According to the 41 Action News weather team, this snow is heavier and wetter than from last week's storm. The weight has caused additional damage across the metro area, including downed power lines and broken tree limbs.
