'America's Got Talent' returns to NBC

"America's Got Talent" is gearing up for another season.

New episodes kick off Tuesday night on NBC.

The talent search is going to have a new look this season in more ways than one.

Two new judges are joining the show.

One is former "Spice Girl" singer Mel B. The other newcomer is super model Heidi Klum.

The combined girl power evens out the judging panel.

"They bring so much exuberance to the judges table in between Howard and Howie," says host Nick Cannon.

But the additions also mean acts now have to impress three out of four judges to advance in the competition.

For one act, a dream that might seem impossible now will become a million dollar reality come September.

These first few weeks of "America's Got Talent" will show the auditions in cities including New Orleans, San Antonio, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York.

From there, it's on to Las Vegas for the elimination shows, and then on to Radio City Music Hall for the live shows, which start July 23.
