Turn hummus into a sweet treat with a PB&J hummus recipe

Hummus can be a great snack, but do you think of it as something sweet? James Gardner is the founder of The Hummus Company, and he shared their recipe for a Peanut Butter and Jelly hummus, and surprisingly the recipe doesn't use any peanut butter!

PB&J Garbanzo Mash
Yields 2 pounds

2 cans - drained garbanzos (about 1.25 pounds)
1 cup - canola oil
1/3 pound - fresh strawberries
8 tbsp - tahini (sesame seed paste)
4 tbsp - agave nectar

Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl and mix! Try different types of berries or use mixed berries for different flavors! Use this instead of peanut butter for a healthier, nut-free PB&J sandwich or dip in with sliced apples or pears!
