November is World Vegan Month and with that, Parker at the Fontaine is making a dish that even meat-lovers will devour. New Executive Chef Ryan Spruhan whips up a “Hoppin’ Farro” (meatless) pie and discusses plans to update the menu with more vegan and vegetarian options in the coming months.
