Authorities are investigating a shooting that happened outside a bar near I49 and Blue Ridge Blvd.
Police responded to a fight outside of Mac's Pub around 3 a.m. Monday morning.
One person was shot and taken to a hospital with critical injuries.

Upon arrival, officers found the victim lying in the parking lot complaining about pain to his back.
Witnesses at the scene say a black male with shoulder length dreads and medium skin complexion was sitting on the rear passenger side of a car before he pulled a handgun and shot the victim. The vehicle then fled the scene northbound on Blue Ridge.
The car is being described as a tan Chevrolet Tahoe with an unknown year or license plate information.
No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
