WICHITA, Kansas - Some people in Kansas are looking for ways to beat a new indoor
smoking ban in the state.
“E-Cigarettes” have started turning up in bars and
restaurants. They look and draw like the real thing, and give
smokers a shot of nicotine. They have a light-emitting tip instead
of a cigarette’s burning ash.
But with only a small amount of nicotine vapor released, there
