It seems like yesterday the Chiefs made the decision to start having their training camps at Missouri Western, and they haven’t looked back.
They want to continue that relationship for years to come.
"Andy loves it,” said Chiefs President Mark Donovan. "I've talked to him directly about it. Brett likes it. He likes the fact that we can get away and get together. It means a lot to the players. You heard it from Alex, I mean Alex has been in the league a long time. He looks forward to this, and he sees the value of getting away and really focusing on the game."
Of course, everyone was talking about Anthony Sherman's wardrobe. He did not disappoint.

His main focus is to use this opportunity to learn more about his teammates.
"I don't think it necessarily matters that it's on a college campus as much as it is going anywhere and getting away and staying with a group of guys in one area," said Sherman. “Being with them 24-7 is definitely the reason."
The rookies and players coming back from injury have really used the week to get ahead, but it will be full blast on Friday when the complete squad is out there. Ninety players vying for those fifty-three spots.
