KSHB 41 is proud to partner with the following organizations as part of Giving Tuesday and 14 Days of Giving:
Veterans Community Project is a nonprofit organization on a mission to fix Veteran homelessness. The reasons vary for why thousands of Veterans will sleep on city streets tonight. The root causes are deeply personal, yet fundamentally systemic. Our 240-square-foot tiny homes are thoughtfully designed for Veterans, using PTSD-informed features and a layout that feels familiar and safe. We also create personalized plans that help each Veteran overcome their barriers and work toward their individual goals.
Hope House's Mission is to break the cycle of domestic violence by providing safe refuge and supportive services that educate and empower those impacted by domestic violence. Hope House will advocate social change that protects and engenders a person's right to live a life free of abuse.
Jewish Family Services (JFS) supports and strengthens lives throughout Greater Kansas City. We provide essential human services for people of all faiths, ages, cultures, and identities who are facing challenges in everyday life or times of crisis.
Cornerstones of Care is more than a nonprofit—it’s a promise to children and families that healing, hope, and opportunity are always possible. For more than 150 years, they’ve walked alongside those impacted by trauma, offering safety, compassion, and the tools to thrive. Through trauma-informed programs and genuine partnerships, Cornerstones of Care strengthens families, empowers youth, and helps communities flourish. Every child deserves a future filled with promise—and every day, they work to make that future a reality.
