Nashville Hot Chicken Dip
24oz Cream Cheese (3 packages) Softened
½ cup Hot Sauce
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 Tablespoons Kosmo’s Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning
3 cups Shredded Chicken
1.Combine Cream Cheese, Hot sauce, Honey and Seasoning.
2.Fold in Chicken to mixture
3. Place in 9” baking dish and bake a 350 for 15 minutes serve with tortilla chips
Black Bean Raspberry Chipotle Dip
Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle Sauce 16oz
3 cans Black Beans (Drain 2 cans )
8oz Cream Cheese Softened
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Small onion Finely chopped
8oz Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1.Place onions in pan medium Heat with Teaspoon of Olive Oil until translucent
2. Add Black Beans and cumin simmer on Medium until beans are soft
3. Cream Cheese in center of 9in Cast Iron Skillet and pour the Black Bean Mixture around
4.Pour Blues Hog Raspbery Dip on top of Cream Cheese and top with Pepper Jack Cheese
5.Bake at 400 for 12-15min until bubbling. Serve with Tortilla
