They're celebrating the rich, varied history of Italian food by creating traditional and contemporary dishes. Executive Chef Bryant Wigger from Tavernonna Italian Kitchen, shows us how to make a Bacon Jam Chipotle Burger  made with a quarter pound brisket patty with bacon onion jam, chipotle aoli, white cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce, and served on a farmhouse bun.
