They are an upmarket gastropub serving craft beer & locally sourced comforts in a rustic-chic space. Executive Chef, Clark Grant of Hogshead KC serves up Cocoa Pops French Toast.

Cocoa Pops French Toast

  • 2 Slices Brioche Pullman
  • 1 C Cocoa Pops
  • As needed French Toast Batter
  • 2 TBS Peanut Butter Maple
  • 2 TBS Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 ea Caramelized Banana
  •  1 TBS Whipped Cream
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

French Toast Batter

  • ½ C Milk
  • ½ C Heavy Cream
  • ½ C Sugar
  • 4 ea Eggs

Peanut Butter Maple

  • 1 C Maple Syrup
  • 1 C Creamy Peanut Butter

Enjoy the full brunch menu Saturday and Sunday from 10am-3pm.

Enjoy happy hour from 3pm-6pm and a reverse happy hour from 10pm-1am daily.
