According to the Natural Resources Defense Council, 52 percent of all fruits and vegetables grown in the U.S. is wasted before it reaches the consumer.
After the Harvest works with farmers and other produce partners to prevent discarded fruits and vegetables that are perfectly edible from being dumped or left in the field to rot.
