Ingredients:
- Macchu Pisco
- Genepy des Alpes
- Egg White
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- Simple Syrup
- Angostura Bitters
Instructions:
In Mixing Glass Add:
- 1 oz Macchu Pisco
- .5 oz Genepy Liqueur
- 1 Egg White
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- Ice
- Shake & Strain
- Shake again without Ice
- Strain to convex top in coupe
- Garnish w/ 5 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters formed into a "P"
