La Bodega Valentine’s specialty cocktails
Sil Frambesca
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. of Cachaça
- 1/2 oz. Chambord
- 1/2 oz. housemade Lavender Turbinado syrup (recipe below)
- 2-3 fresh raspberries
1. Pour all liquid ingredients in shaker
2. Add 2-3 raspberries to shaker
3. Shake all ingredients hard
4. Fill a rocks glass with ice
5. Pour all ingredients into rocks glass
6. Top with soda water
Lavender Turbinado syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 c. turbinado cane sugar
- 2 1/2 oz. dried lavender
- 1 qt. water
- 1. Bring all ingredients to a boil
2. Strain into a small pitcher or other container
3. Allow to chill to room temperature
Holiday in Spain
Ingredients:
1 oz. orange liqueur
4 1/2 oz. rosé
5 pomegranate seeds
Fresh orange peel
1. Build the drink in a champagne flute – orange liqueur first, pomegranate seeds second, rosé last
2. Garnish with orange peel
