RECIPE: Bone-in ribeye with blue cream cheese and balsamic reduction

Hereford House is known for their great steaks! Chef Mike Morgan shares a ribeye recipe that will make your mouth water!

INGREDIENTS

  • Balsamic reduction – 1/4 cup
  • Blue cheese crumbles, softened – 1 cup
  • Cream cheese, softened – 1 cup

Step 1: Place blue cheese crumbles & cream cheese in a mixer
Step 2: Mix ingredients together until completely smooth/creamy consistency
Step 3: Top steaks with mixture and broil in oven till lightly caramelized
Step 4: Remove and drizzle with balsamic reduction
