INGREDIENTS
- Balsamic reduction – 1/4 cup
- Blue cheese crumbles, softened – 1 cup
- Cream cheese, softened – 1 cup
Step 1: Place blue cheese crumbles & cream cheese in a mixer
Step 2: Mix ingredients together until completely smooth/creamy consistency
Step 3: Top steaks with mixture and broil in oven till lightly caramelized
Step 4: Remove and drizzle with balsamic reduction
