RECIPE: Fish tacos and the perfect margarita

John Jeffery and Maria Guzman from Panzon’s in Lenexa are getting the KCL kitchen ready for a Cinco De Mayo celebration.

Fish Salsa

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of chipotle

Directions: Mix ingredients until smooth and top fish tacos with mixture and red cabbage.

Perfect margarita recipe

  • 2 oz. 100% blue agave tequila
  • 1 oz. of Cointreau
  • 3 oz. of fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ½ oz. of agave nectar

Directions: Shake ingredients and pour over ice.
