Mother’s Day Brunch

Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
½ cup water
2tbs sugar
2tbs melted butter
2 Tea. Chopped fresh thyme
1. Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl and whisk together until well incorporated.
2. Heat small nonstick skillet over medium heat. Ladle into pan for your desired size. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Roll or top with desired ingredients and sauce.
Peach Dream drink
1 ounce cream
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce cake vodka
1 ounce peach brandy
Ice
1. Pour in a shaker and shake. Pour into glass. Add whipped cream and orange shavings on top.
