KANSAS CITY, MO — The Kansas City Mavericks Hockey Team just made the playoffs and are competing for the 2019 Kelly Cup. With that, our own Kelly thought it would be a great time to lace up some skates and hit the ice for a little pre-playoff practice. In our very first edition of “Kelly Can Do It,” Kelly heads out to the Silverstein Eye Centers Arena to meet with Team President and General Manager Brent Thiessen, who gives her some advice on her hockey skills and discusses the playoffs. The first Mavs home playoff game is Wednesday, April 17.
