Jim Wagy, Great Plains Coop President at McDonald’s, discusses how they’re giving back to local employees, through the “Archways to Opportunity” program. The program offers tuition assistance to employees pursuing either a two or four-year degree. Last year alone, McDonald’s gave about $235,000 to employees pursuing their education. Jim also shares the great deals going on now through around March 1 at McDonald’s, including $1.00 sausage biscuits, sausage McMuffins or any size coffee.
