INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 sliced peaches
1 inch chunk of ginger
METHOD
Combine ingredients and bring to a simmer. Cook until the flavors have incorporated. Seal in air tight container and store in a dark, cool place
FOX AND PEARL SPARKLING SHRUB
Mix 1-2 oz of shrub with soda or tonic water and enjoy over ice
GINGER PEACH HORSEFEATHER
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Ginger Peach Shrub
1 1/2 oz whiskey
angostura bitters
ginger beer
METHOD
Combine ingredients, topped with ginger beer and serve over ice.
