PLATTE CITY, Mo. — The Platte City, Missouri, Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a robbery suspect.
The robbery happened on Saturday at about 4 a.m. at the Casey’s on Branch Street, or Highway 92.
Police said surveillance video shows the man, pictured above, entering the store, hiding a black object in his right hand under his shirt. He then points it at the clerk and demands all of the money from the cash drawers.
The clerk gave him the cash and the suspect fled, heading west in a dark-colored SUV.
