High schoolers across the metro are getting a head start on their professional careers this week at the KC Biz Fest Training Program. Students are taught to take an idea and convert it into a business plan. They then present their plans to judges and could win a scholarship.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Students across Kansas City are taking part in the KC Biz Fest training program.
Over the course of several days, students will be trained on how to create and cultivate business ideas that will ready them for the workforce.
KC Biz Fest is put on by the Greater Kansas City Hispanic Collaborative.
