Not only is the Kansas City Streetcar bringing new jobs and another tourism attraction, but it's also bringing a new development.
"I visited this area a while back and knew this area had the potential for new properties," said Scott Richardson, the developer for Linden Street Partner.
Along the streetcar route you'll now find new residential apartments. The complex, which used to be an empty parking lot, is now known as 1914 Main Street in Kansas City. You'll also find Simple Science Juices on the first floor of the complex.
