KANSAS CITY, Mo. — For a second day, the special committee investigating Gov. Eric Greitens read testimony from the woman with whom the Missouri governor admitting having an affair.

For one hour the committee met in a closed-door session. When the committee returned to the public portion, they revealed that Gov. Greitens’ lawyers asked if the woman, K.S., posted any photos to a porn site.

K.S. said that she did not and the committee said the photos that were submitted as evidence were not the same woman.

At times, parts of the reading became graphic in nature.

"He came up close to me and said in my ear, ‘You are not going to speak my name, are you?’ I didn’t answer and he did it again. First he like spanked me and then he did it again and again. ‘You are not going to say my name, are you?’ Then I just gritted through my teeth and said no and he came around front and kissed my stomach then he tried to kiss me down there and I like freaked out," said K.S. in a deposition.

The committee will continue to record the testimony.

The publisher of the Missouri Times is expected to testify Wednesday. He said he delivered thousands of dollars to the attorney for the ex-husband of the woman who had an affair with Gov. Greitens.

The Special Session has a 30-day deadline. If the Special Committee recommends disciplinary action, the full house must have 82 votes to impeach Gov. Greitens.

If an impeachment vote happens, the senate will appoint seven judges to hear the case before removal from office. There must be five votes for removal.

The special committee has another meeting Thursday morning.
