KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs are now 6-1, and as the team racks up wins, ticket sales are on the rise.

Jay Harig with Tickets for Less told 41 Action News it’s not just about the Chiefs’ record — many people are excited to see young quarterback Patrick Mahomes II live in action for themselves.

“The team is scoring a lot of points, so ticket sales are really good now that we're getting into the colder weather and the different opponents,” Harig said. “But as long as Patrick Mahomes is playing, ticket sales are good."

If you’re looking for a deal on tickets, it may be hard to find.

Tickets for next week’s game against the Denver Broncos are starting to run around $107.

“The reality of it is, if they're sitting here with one loss and they're going into the Denver game, it's going to be a high-price ticket,” Harig said. “If people are looking right now, whether it's on our site or anywhere else, with the Chiefs, tickets are going to be expensive for that game.”

Kickoff is scheduled for noon Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.
