KANSAS CITY, Mo. — With a drastic change in weather conditions expected in Kansas City Thursday, fans are preparing to tailgate before the Chiefs take on the Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium.
The first half of the week saw pleasantly warm temperatures and plenty of sun, but Thursday, the 41 Action News weather team forecasted rain and cold.
If you're heading to Arrowhead, you'll want to bundle up in all the Chiefs gear you own so you're comfortable at the game, but there are a few limitations to what you can bring inside.
Here are a few items you can and cannot take with you:
- Small compact umbrellas, but you can't use them at your seat
- Ponchos
- Blankets, but you have to wear them over your shoulder as you pass through security.
- Clear 12x6x12 bags
