KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Chiefs Kingdom won't just have the option to eat Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que on Super Bowl Sunday. Now they'll also be able to enjoy Bar-B-Que pizza if they choose.
Minsky's Pizza and Joe's KC are bringing back the "Minsky’s Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que Gourmet Pizza."
The pizza will be available on Feb. 6 and 7 for take-and-bake only.
Anyone interested in buying the pizza can order online or through the phone at any of the 18 Minsky's locations in the Kansas City metro.
According to Minsky's, the pizza "starts with Minsky’s original crust – is brushed with garlic butter, then sprinkled with Joe’s world-famous French Fry Seasoning – and then is further flavored up with Joe’s Kansas City BBQ Sauce. We add 100% real Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese and top it all off with a mix of Joe’s Kansas City slow-smoked Brisket, tender Pulled Pork and tender Burnt Ends."
