KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Hickman Mills School District says the Ruskin High School Golden Eagles football team will not participate in tonight’s football game against Belton High School.
In a tweet, the district said the team would not participate in the game “out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of the players, coaches and fans.”
A district spokesperson said she had no additional information outside of what the district posted on social media.
