KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Tuesday night's Royals game with the Tampa Bay Rays has been postponed and will be made up Wednesday.
The teams will play a single-session doubleheader starting at 12:15 p.m. That means fans with tickets for the Wednesday, May 1 game will be admitted to both games on Wednesday.
Fans who had tickets for Tuesday's game are not valid for Wednesday, but may exchange them for any other game during the 2019 regular season.
Game 2 on Wednesday will be played 45 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1. Any fans with tickets to Wednesday's game who cannot make it due to the adjusted game time will be sent a ticket voucher for another game during the 2019 regular season.
