At 419 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Pleasant Hill, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lee's Summit, Belton, Raymore, Harrisonville, Pleasant Hill,
Greenwood, Peculiar, Holden, Lake Lotawana, Garden City, Lake
Winnebago, Lone Jack, East Lynne, Kingsville, Baldwin Park,
Centerview, Strasburg, Gunn City, La Tour, and Pittsville.
This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 154 and 173.
