Caleb Chevalier comes to Kansas City after spending four years at KXXV in Waco, Texas, a sister station to KSHB.
Caleb was born and raised a Hoosier, so it is a treat to be back in the Midwest. He holds a B.S. in Meteorology from Western Kentucky University and is a proud Hilltopper. His career began right out of college as a weekend meteorologist at WNKY in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He later moved to the same role at WPTA in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
After a short time freelancing in Evansville, Indiana, Caleb made his way to KXXV, where his severe weather acumen was able to shine. Feel free to ask Caleb your burning questions about the ins-and-outs of radar or thunderstorms.
Although now in Chiefs country, Caleb remains fiercely loyal to the Indianapolis Colts and the athletics of IU and WKU. Although he may not strike you as a listener of heavy music, Caleb is thoroughly a metalhead. His love of music is also manifested through singing and playing bass guitar.
