First up, make sure you check out 38 the Spot's Facebook page for our latest Freebie Friday. This week we're giving away a mini-helmet autographed by Tyreek Hill! Royals FanFest
Then on Friday afternoon, it's time for Royals FanFest! That's right, it's already that time of year! Starting at 2, all fans are welcome to head to the Kansas City Convention Center to get pumped for the season! The event will feature autograph sessions from your favorite current and former Royals players, interactive games for fans of all ages, special programming on the main stage, and more! Plus portions of sales will benefit Royals charities. Get your tickets online and check out Royals FanFest Friday and Saturday.
Madisen Ward and the Mama Bear
Also on Saturday, check out Madisen Ward and the Mama Bear at the Truman! This mother-son duo is sure to impress with their soulful folk music. Doors at the Truman open at 6:30pm Saturday, and the show is at 7:30.
Battle of the Bands
Then on Sunday, music lovers may also want to check out the 10th annual Battle of the Bands, hosted by the Human Rights Campaign. Head to RecordBar to see some of your favorite local and regional artists battle it out with awesome acoustic performances. Support your favorite bands and find some new ones by buying your tickets online and attending the show Sunday night at 6.
