The Spinning Tree Theatre is getting ready to open their 2018-2019 season with the Kansas City premiere of "Daddy Long Legs". Daddy Long Legs tells the story of orphan Jerusha Abbott of the John Grier Home and her mysterious benefactor who agrees to send her to college if she will write him one letter a month. Jerusha refers to him as “Daddy Long Legs” after seeing only his elongated shadow. Leading lady, Samantha McHenry, and musical director, Jeremy Jacobs, give details on the Kansas City premiere.
