Science/Environmental Artist Xavier Cortada discusses his work and how science became his muse. Xavier created five artworks -- banners, specifically -- to depict the five experiments used to make the Nobel prize-winning discovery of the Higgs boson particle. The banners will go on display at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 13, at the Museum at Prairiefire and remain on display through the end of the year.
