Caitlin Corcoran, co-owner and general manager of Ca Va, was just awarded a huge honor from the James Beard Foundation. She is showing us a nice summer treat from KC’s champagne bar!

   Frosé

  • 3.5 oz still rose
  • .5 oz Lillet Rouge
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 4 oz frozen strawberries
  • 4 oz ice

Blend and serve!
