Sloppy Joe Egg Rolls
- 1T crushed garlic
- 1T butter
- 1# ground beef
- 1 c tomato paste
- ½ c ketchup
- 2T brown sugar
- 2T worcestershire
- 1tsp of dry mustard
- salt & pepper
For the sauce
- 1 c mayo
- 1tsp paprika
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 1T siracha
Lightly brown the garlic in butter, add the ground beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Wrap in won tons with a bit of egg wash and fry or bake.
