30 – 60 seconds of each

1. Squats & Lunges (vary regular, plyometric, walking)

2. Walk out Superman Push Ups

3. Mountain Climbers 4. Kneeling Side Kicks

5. Obliques Twists for Abs

6. Shoulder Bridge for Core and Butt

7. Stretch
