Italian Burger 'The Shacksper'

Recipe:
2 pounds McGonigle's ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup Romano cheese, grated
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups plain breadcrumbs
1 cup water or milk (optional)
Place ground beef in a large bowl. Add the eggs, cheese, parsley, minced garlic, onions, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix by hand. Add the breadcrumbs and blend into the meat mixture. Slowly add the water or milk until the mixture is moist.
Shape the meat mixture into 4 oz hamburger patties. Grill.
To assemble: Place grilled burger on bun with fried Mozzarella sticks, lettuce, tomato, onions and homemade Italian ketchup.
