Sneaky Greens Fire Roasted Tomato Pasta
Ingredients
Half pound of local ground pork
Half pound of local ground beef
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
Olive oil
1 large can of fire roasted tomatoes
1 can of tomato paste
Parmesan cheese
1 lbs of whole wheat orzo
1 bunch of kale
2 garlic cloves

Directions
1. Crush and chop two fresh garlic cloves. Combine pork and beef and add to a
ziplock bag with a coating of olive oil, fresh garlic, and 2 generous teaspoons of
Pizza My Heart. Marinate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
2. Cook orzo pasta until al dente in a pot of salted water. Drain, rinse under cold water,
and set aside.
3. Saute meat until cooked through. Add a fews shakes of the Sneaky Greens Salt,
Sneaky Greens Pepper, and Sneaky Greens Onion while cooking. Add meat to
some paper towels to drain.
4. In the same pan, add a touch of olive oil and all of the veggies except the kale.
5. Saute veggies for 5 minutes or until they start to soften. Add the large can of fire
roasted tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
6. Allow the mixture to simmer for 3 minutes and reduce.
7. Add meat, pasta, and 1 cup of rough chopped kale to the mixture. Stir to combine.
8. Add a lid and allow the kale 3 minutes to wilt.
9. Plate your pasta and don't forget to add a little fresh parmesan and several shakes
of Pizza My Heart.
